1. Promotion is applicable on frames, sunglasses, and prescription lenses,
excluding selected brands: Cartier, Chanel, Chrome Hearts, DITA, and KameManNen.  

2. Promotion is not valid on contact lenses, solutions, accessories, or other
sundry items.

3. Total discount is capped at a maximum of 30%.  

4. This promotion cannot be combined with any on-going special packages or
vouchers at Optical 88 and Insight Optical.  

5. This promotion is valid upon presentation of Etiqa+ App account at the point of purchase.  

6. Promotion is valid at all Optical 88 & Insight stores in Malaysia only.

7. Optical 88 Malaysia reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.  

8. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Optical 88 Malaysia shall be
final and binding.  

9. Promotion is not applicable on sale items.
